Registration Fee
A Belt Registration fee will be charged at the beginning of each new belt. For waitlist purposes when a class is full, we may charge the registration fee.

Application and/or Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee will cover the maintenance for all equipment and resources used by each student for the duration of the belt.

Tuition
Tuition for classes is due monthly, at the beginning of each Sprint.

iCode reserves the right to increase tuition and other charges upon prior notice. Tuition information is available on our website.

Sibling Discount
We offer a 5% discount for siblings enrolled at iCode.

Incentives
iCode occasionally offers tuition incentives for newly enrolling families.  These are special offers extended to new families who enroll at iCode during certain months throughout the year.  To be eligible for these offers you will be responsible for paying the current applicable registration fee and signing a waiver of understanding.

Late Payment Fee
A $25 late payment fee may be assessed to your account for any account that is not paid in full by 5 business days.

Return Check Fee
A $35.00 fee may be charged for any returned check. This fee must be paid along with the replacement payment for the returned check in cash or with a cashier’s check or money order.

The total amount must be paid in full in order for your student to attend iCode.  After two checks have been returned due to insufficient funds, cash, a cashier’s check, or a money order will be the only acceptable forms of payment.

All checks should be made payable to iCode and should include your student’s name, your phone number the bank has on file for you and your driver’s license # and the state it was issued in.

Parents will be responsible for all collection costs if school fees are not paid pursuant to our terms and conditions.

After a reasonable period of time, we will turn all unpaid balances over to our collection agency.  Outstanding balances will accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum.

In addition, you are responsible for any additional collection agency fees (up to 30% of outstanding balance) plus attorney fees should litigation become necessary to recover any unpaid balance.

Extended Term of Agreement
If iCode temporarily closes for thirty (30) days or less, the term shall be extended for the number of days equal to the number of days that the facility was closed (excluding holidays and any other days the facility is normally closed), at no additional cost to me.

A parent/guardian may extend the term of the agreement, at no additional cost, for the number of days equal to the days comprising the duration of my disability, if a disability precludes a student from using one-third (1/3) or more of iCode’s facilities for a period of less than six (6) months and that disability is verified by a physician. To extend the term, the parent/guardian must give timely notice to iCode of my request to so extend.

Withdrawal Process
The obligation for full payment of tuition continues until the date indicated by the parent or guardian as the date of withdrawal.  Two weeks’ notice is requested prior to withdrawing a student.

Refund
iCodes customer credit cards are charged at the beginning of each sprint month. If a decision is made to withdraw from iCode during the payment period for any reason a refund may not be issued. If an iCode customer withdraws without giving proper notice as stated in the Handbook, the credit card used may be charged in the amount of the current tuition, per child.
