iCode Disability Program

Beginning Fall 2018, iCode’s will launch two pilot programs for youth and adults with Autism and Asperger Syndrome. In addition, we will welcome students with other disabilities if they wish to join our programs. Our goals upon completion of the youth and adult programs are for students to:

  1. Discover the Agile Coding Space
  2. Develop Meaningful Friendships
  3. Create New and Gainful Vocational Skills
  4. Become Employable

Participating iCode Campuses: East Frisco, West Frisco, McKinney


iCode is pleased to partner with My Possibilities in Plano, Texas, where a beginner level iCode curriculum is equipping teens and young adults with an essential foundation in computer science.

Youth (12+) After-School Program

After school classes will be held twice weekly for 90 minutes each. Class days and times vary by location.

Adult (18+) Day Program

Daytime classes will be held twice weekly for 90 minutes each. Class days and times vary by location. 

Dylan Rafaty

Manager of Disability Engagement

Dylan Rafaty, a person with slight-to-moderate hearing disabilities, has growing credentials in the national disability arena include being an author, advocate, dynamic motivational speaker, transition trainer, disability consultant, social entrepreneur and non-profit professional. Dylan also donates his time and expertise to several North Texas area non-profits serving youth & adults with disabilities on employment, education and independent living.

iCode is proud to have Dylan bring his wealth of knowledge, experience and
