Why we love it 🧠 Albert Einstein is the ultimate STEM role model, and his birthday happens to fall right on Pi Day (3.14)! The Princeton community is honoring its famous former resident with an incredible day of science. Families can visit the museum at Updike Farmstead to see Einstein’s personal belongings, explore a mini black hole exhibit, play magnetism games, and even meet “Einstein” himself! Inspiring the next generation of innovators starts with celebrating the geniuses who paved the way.
How this event aligns with iCode Princeton ⚛️⚙️ Einstein pushed the boundaries of physics and mathematics, the very same foundational concepts that power today’s technology! At iCode Princeton, we take that natural curiosity about how the universe works and channel it into hands-on tech skills:
-
🧲 From Magnetism to Mechanics: Kids who love the magnetism games and science exhibits at the Updike Farmstead will be right at home in our STEAM Junior and VEX Robotics programs. They’ll use physical sensors, motors, and coding to build their own moving creations.
-
🌌 Simulate the Universe: Fascinated by black holes and space? In our Game Development Track, students use logic and physics engines to code their own digital universes in Roblox, Minecraft, and Fortnite Creative, complete with programmed gravity and velocity!
-
🧮 Math in Action: Programming is just math brought to life! We teach kids how to use math to solve complex problems by writing real code in Python, Java, and C++ within our STEAM After-School Belt Program.
Join the fun, then keep the momentum going at iCode 🎒🚀 After celebrating Princeton’s most famous physicist, bring that brilliant energy into the lab at iCode Princeton to start inventing!
