Description

iCode is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Campus Director to support the daily operations of our tech education center. This part-time role blends customer service, sales support, student engagement, and administrative assistance. You’ll work closely with the Campus Director to ensure a smooth experience for students, parents, and staff while helping drive enrollment and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Campus Director in day-to-day operations related to staff, facility, and program management
Help meet enrollment goals by assisting with tours, phone inquiries, email responses, and promotional events
Facilitate iCode programs and assist in marketing them via social media and community outreach
Coordinate with local schools and organizations to promote programs and establish partnerships
Assist with scheduling classes, instructors, and students
Ensure classrooms are maintained to the highest standards and that all materials are stocked
Manage inventory and perform administrative tasks as needed
Use CRM and scheduling systems for customer communication and student tracking
Represent iCode at on-site and off-site promotional events

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and parents
Comfortable selling and promoting programs; confident supporting enrollment conversations
Social media and marketing experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
Ability to quickly learn and use new systems and tools
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Work Schedule
Flexible availability required — shifts may fall during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
