Team Member Spotlight

Meet Lonnie Beverlin, our Owner!

AKA: The Ops Commander Network Whisperer STEM Yoda

Status: Running smoother systems than your favorite coffee shop’s Wi-Fi

About Lonnie: Before he was building robotics programs and taming automation gremlins at iCode Fishers, Lonnie Beverlin was serving with discipline and heart as a U.S. Army Wire Systems Installer—laying the foundation (and the literal wires) for what became a 20+ year career leading high-stakes telecom teams. From the battlefield to the boardroom, Lonnie’s always been the guy you call when it has to work.

After wrangling fiber optics, VOIP puzzles, and multimillion-dollar budgets at companies like Sprint, Rockwell, and TMRW Life Sciences, Lonnie now channels that mission-first mindset into empowering the next generation of tech innovators. At iCode Fishers, he’s growing enrollment, launching bold new programs in AI and robotics, and still finding time to design a killer garden layout.

Superpower: Turning chaos into checklists and checklists into wins.

Fun Fact: He’s happiest off the grid—exploring national parks, chasing waterfalls, or planning the next epic road trip. He’s currently on a quest to visit every U.S. National Park and all 50 states, with a backpack in one hand and a strategy plan in the other.
Vibe: Dad-joke energy with the brain of an engineer and the spirit of a coach.
Keep the excitement going with camps designed for coding, robotics, gaming, and digital creativity. There’s something inspiring for every interest!
