Why we love it π Representation matters! During this special session, members of the Bloomberg Women in Technology group are volunteering their time to offer personalized, drop-in tech assistance to the community. While the event is geared toward helping adults troubleshoot devices, we absolutely love the message this sends to young girls in our community. Seeing highly successful, professional female engineers from a massive global company like Bloomberg giving back to Princeton is incredibly inspiring for the next generation of girls in STEM!
How this event aligns with iCode Princeton πβοΈ At iCode, we are actively working to close the gender gap in technology by creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can become a tech leader!

Mentorship & Soft Skills: In our labs, we don’t just teach code; we teach kids how to communicate their tech skills. Through collaborative projects and presentations, our students learn how to confidently explain complex softwareβjust like the amazing volunteers from Bloomberg!

A Pathway to the Tech Industry: The professionals volunteering at this event all started by learning the basics of computer science. By enrolling your child in our progression-based Belt Program, you are giving them the foundational Python, Java, and cybersecurity skills they need to one day lead the charge at companies like Bloomberg!
