Why we love it π Every great piece of software starts with a great story! The SCLSNJ Montgomery Branch is hosting an immersive Creative Writing Workshop specifically for middle and high school students. Led by Diana LoRicco, who holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, teens will share writing time, provide mutual feedback, and improve their communication skills in a highly supportive environment. We absolutely love writing workshops for STEM students because technology is ultimately a tool for communicationβand learning how to structure a compelling narrative is one of the most powerful skills a young creator can have!

RPG & Narrative Game Design: The best video games in the world rely on branching narratives and deep character lore. In our Game Design and Unreal Engine Tracks, we teach older students how to weave narrative elements directly into their gameplay. Strong creative writing skills allow them to code dialogue trees, build engaging quests, and design immersive virtual worlds!
