Why we love it π Virtual Reality is the next frontier of digital interaction! The Princeton Public Library is opening up their Spark Lab for an awesome VRcade session where teens can strap into a headset and play Beat Saberβa fast-paced VR rhythm game set to popular music. We absolutely love VR gaming events because they introduce teens to spatial computing, immersive 3D environments, and hardware tracking in a highly social and incredibly fun setting.

Immersive 3D Environments: When you play a VR game, you are stepping inside a digital world. In our Unreal Engine and Roblox Tracks, we teach older students how to build these 3D environments from scratch, giving them the tools to design, scale, and render their own immersive video games.

Timeline Triggers & Logic: Beat Saber relies on blocks flying at the player in perfect time with a music track. We teach our students how to program this exact same logic! By using digital timelines and event triggers, our students learn how to code dynamic visual responses that react instantly to audio cues.
