Why we love it 💛 Science is all about understanding how things work—especially our own minds! The SCLSNJ Watchung Branch is hosting a fantastic “Mini Medical School” workshop for early elementary students. Presented by Club SciKidz, this interactive session introduces kids to basic neuroscience. They will learn the difference between the brain’s left and right hemispheres (exploring language, logic, creativity, and emotion) before creating their very own color-coded, wearable paper brain hat! We absolutely love hands-on biology events because they take incredibly complex concepts and make them highly visual, engaging, and easy for young kids to understand.
