Why we love it π It’s never too early to start thinking like an engineer! The MCLS Hickory Corner Branch is hosting a wonderful “Discovery Time” session designed specifically for early childhood learners. This hands-on program focuses on introducing the foundational elements of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) to young, developing minds. We absolutely love early STEAM events because they turn natural childhood curiosity into structured, interactive problem-solving!

Tactile Logic: Young brains learn best through physical play. In our STEAM Junior Track, we transition early learners from basic STEAM concepts into early technology, using tactile robotics, snap circuits, and visual block-coding to help them connect physical actions to digital reactions.
