Why we love it π Nature is full of brilliant engineers! The New Jersey State Museum is hosting an amazing morning session for early learners, all about the structural marvels of bird nests. Through a story, a gallery visit, and hands-on activities, young kids will learn how birds use mud, twigs, and grass to weave incredibly strong, waterproof homes. We absolutely love this event because it takes a common backyard sight and uses it to teach young kids about material science, weaving, and structural integrity!
