Why we love it 💛 Representation and mentorship matter! The Princeton Public Library is hosting a phenomenal drop-in tech clinic staffed entirely by members of Bloomberg’s Women in Technology group. These industry professionals will be volunteering their time to offer personalized tech assistance to the community, helping people build new skills or troubleshoot persistent issues on their devices. We absolutely love mentorship events like this because they connect local students and families directly with successful professionals working at one of the biggest data and media companies in the world!

Debugging & Resilience: When you bring a broken device or a software issue to a tech clinic, the experts have to isolate the problem, test solutions, and fix the error. At iCode, we teach our students this exact same resilience! When their code crashes, we teach them how to calmly debug their syntax until they find the solution.

By interacting with professionals from Bloomberg, our students see firsthand what a career in technology looks like. We mirror this community in our labs, encouraging collaboration, peer mentorship, and inclusive leadership across all of our coding tracks!
