Why we love it π School is out, but the Y is always in! When you need coverage on a non-school vacation day, the Princeton YMCA offers an incredible, full-day “Kids Day Out” program. Instead of sitting at home on a tablet, kids get a full day of supervised games, crafts, sports, swimming, and more. We absolutely love community events like this because they give kids a chance to burn off energy, socialize with their peers, and unplug in a safe, dynamic environment!

The Hackathon Mindset: Playing a team sport or group game requires communication, strategy, and collaboration. At iCode, we foster that same “Hackathon Mindset.” We don’t just sit kids in front of a screen; we teach them how to brainstorm as a team, present their ideas, and collaboratively troubleshoot their code.
